2026 (Indoor): Competed at five meets in the 800-meters … Best time during the indoor season of 1:59.90 came in season finale at the Ashland Last Chance Meet, resulting in a 10th-place finish … Also broke 2:03.00 in the 800-meters at the YSU Last Chance Meet (2:01.25) and the Ashland Invite (2:02.23) … Helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place showing at the Wuske Invite (3:40.82) in addition to taking seventh in the 800-meters (2:03.19).

2025 (XC): Competed at four meets … Opened year by running the 6,000-meter course at the Watts Open in 21:10.9 to take 46th place in a field of 118 … Top 8,000-meter course time in 2025 was 28:44.1 at the CMU Invitational … Other 8,000-meter course finishes came at the Allegheny Classic (29:42.4) and the LHU Open (30:11.6).  

2025 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 800-meters … Ran a season-best time of 1:59.66 to place seventh at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Other top 800-meter times came at the Dave Labor Invitational (2:01.26 / 33rd) and the John Papa Invitational (2:01.93 / 17th) … Also took part in the 1,500-meters twice with season-best time of 4:22.05 coming at the Westminster Invite ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2025 (Indoor): Competed in the 800-meters at four meets … Ran a season-best time of 2:00.57 at the Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational … Opened year with a 2:01.59 performance at the Ashland Invitational … Helped The Rock’s distance medley relay team to a win at the Wuske Invite (10:50.95) in addition to finishing 13th in the 800-meters (2:03.13).

High School: Lettered four times in indoor track, four times in outdoor track and three times in cross country at Vernon Township High School in Vernon, New Jersey … A High School Track Coaches Association Academic All-American.
