2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 110-meter hurdles (16th / 16.04) and 400-meter hurdles (11th / 57.23) … Recorded season-best times in both hurdle events at the SRU Last Chance Meet, placing third in the 400-meter hurdles with a run of 56.77 seconds and fifth in the 110-meter hurdles following a 15.81-second performance … Also broke 16 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles in the finals at the Weaver Invite, placing sixth in 15.99 seconds.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 60-meter hurdles and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-mter hurdles, placing 17th with a prelim race time of 8.90 seconds … Season-best 60-meter hurdle time of 8.83 seconds came as part of a seventh-place finish at the Mount Union Tune-Up … Ran the 400-meters at the SPIRE Indoor Games in a season-best time of 54.29 seconds … Took fourth place in the 60-meter hurdles at the Wuske Invite (8.92).

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 14th in 57.96 seconds … Season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 56.94 seconds came as part of an eighth-place finish at the Ashland Alumni Open … Finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in back-to-back meets at the Westminster Invitational (58.91) and the John Papa Invite (57.97) … Also took part in the 100-meters on five occasions with season-best time of 11.56 seconds occurring at the John Papa Invite.

2024 (Indoor): Competed at seven meets in the 60-meter hurdles and 400-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles, placing 12th in 8.74 seconds … Opened year by running season-best times in both the 400-meters (53.15 seconds) and the 60-meter hurdles (8.72) at the YSU Icebreaker … Also broke nine seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the Ashland Invitational (8.77 / 14th), the SPIRE Indoor Games (8.83 / 21st) and the Mount Union Wuske Open (8.88 / seventh).

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at 10 meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 110-meter hurdles (18th / 16.13) and the 400-meter hurdles (20th / 57.81) … Ran a season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 57.68 seconds in prelim race at the PSAC Championships … Top 110-meter hurdle time of season was 15.88 seconds at the Bison Classic … Placed third in 110-meter hurdles at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a time of 16.03 seconds … Ran the 110-meter hurdle finals at the Shamrock Invitational in 15.98 seconds to come in fourth place.
