2010-11: Clocked a time of 4:29.50 in the mile at the Golden Flash Gala to finish in sixth place … placed 10th in the 800-meter run at the Jim Wuske Invitational after running a time of 2:02.84 … took home third place in the 800-meter run at the BW Mid-February Meet (2:03.72) … earned All-PSAC honors as part of SRU’s 4x800-meter relay team that placed second at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also competed in the mile at the PSAC’s and ran a time of 4:24.29.

2009-10: Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish (7:48.0) in the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships with Phil Rector, Kevin Jewel and Jason Jamieson ... won the 800-meter run at the SRU Open.

2008-09: Earned All-PSAC honors after a second-place finish as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also competed in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... also lettered four years in cross country ... Earned All-State honors in track and field in sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... member of the State Championship 4x800-meter relay in 2006 ... qualified for the state cross country championships in 2006 ... helped lead team to two District Championships.
