2010-11: Broke the Slippery Rock weight throw record on three occasions … placed third in the weight throw at the Golden Flash Gala with a toss of 17.50 meters … posted a mark of 17.99 meters in the weight throw at the GaREAT Open to place second … had a second-place showing at the D2 Team Challenge in the weight throw after a career-best mark of 18.67 meters … won the PSAC title in the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 18.49 meters … also placed second and earned All-PSAC honors with a mark of  15.44 meters in the shot put at the PSAC Indoor Championships … named PSAC Field MVP for performance at the PSAC Championships ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team.

2009-10: Placed fifth in the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships with a toss of 17.24 meters ... won the the weight throw at the Bucknell Bison Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2008-09: Competed in the shot put and the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the shot put and weight throw events at the Baldwin-Wallace Invitational.

2007-08: Did not compete during the indoor season.

2006-07: Finished in 29th place in the shot put at the Kent State Tune-Up.

High School: Lettered three times in track and field and twice in football.
