2011-12 (Indoor): Finished in 14th place in the weight throw at the PSAC Championships with a mark of 14.79 meters … recorded two top-10 finishes at the B-W Mid-February Meet, placing second in the shot put (14.75 meters) and 10th in the weight throw (13.31 meters) … placed 14th in the shot put at the Kent State Tune-Up with a mark of 14.87 meters ... ended season ranked seventh in the shot put in the PSAC (14.87 meters).
High School:: Earned all-region honors as a tight end ... named to all-district honor as a tight end ... played in Erie Lions Club’s “Save An Eye” all-star game ... two-sport athlete ... lettered four seasons in track and field, three seasons in football ... finished third in state indoor shot put competition to earn all-state status ... also garnered all-district and all-region honors in shot put and discus ... helped lead football team to District 10 title as a sophomore ... integral part of state indoor and outdoor track and field and District 10 outdoor championships in his senior year.
