2022 (Outdoor): Competed in the 400-meter hurdles at eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 11th with a season-best time of 58.19 seconds … Also broke the one-minute mark in the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Open (58.87 / fourth), the Dave Labor Invitational (59.14 / 10th), the Myrtle Beach Challenge (59.58 / fifth) and the Red Flash Open (59.80 / eighth) ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets, primarily in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, placing ninth at a season-best time of 57.73 seconds as well as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Broke the 1:00.0 mark in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet (59.17 seconds / third place) and the Penn State Behrend Invite (59.23 seconds / fourth place) … Also posted top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Invitational (third / 1:01.25), the Bill Lennox Invitational (seventh / 1:00.55) and at the IUP Invitational (eighth / 1:01.28) ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2020-21 (XC): Competed in both meets during the abbreviated season … Started the year by running the 4,403-meter course at the Cal U Invite in 6:16.9 to come in 36th place … Clocked a time of 6:05.5 (109th) on the 5,000-meter course at the PSAC Championships. 

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed at four meets … Helped The Rock to a fifth-place finish in the 4x800-meters at the PSAC Championships (8:10.46) … Clocked a season-best time of 2:01.26 in the 800-meters at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Took second in the mile at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet with a personal-best time of 4:55.93.

High School: Participated in football, basketball, track and field along with soccer for Butler Area Senior High School.
