2025 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing sixth – and earning The Rock three points – after running the finals in a season-best time of 54.04 seconds … Also broke 56 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ashland Alumni Open (55.47 / sixth), the Dave Labor Invitational (55.53 / second), the SRU Last Chance meet (55.60 / second) and the Bison Outdoor Classic (55.83 / 24th) … Ran a leg on SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team that took first at the John Papa Invitational (3:18.59) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2024 (Outdoor): Competed at eight meets primarily in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing fourth after completing the finals in a season-best time of 54.68 seconds … Also broke 56 seconds at the Ashland Alumni Open (55.55 / fifth), the John Papa Invite (55.73 / third) and the Dr. Toms Alumni Invitational (55.97 / sixth) … A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets primarily in the 400-meteer hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships and placed eighth with a season-best time of 54.97 seconds … Second fastest time of the season was 55.55 seconds, leading to a second-place finish at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet … Also recorded top-five 400-meter hurdle finishes at the Joh Papa Invite (56.05 / fourth), the Westminster Invitational (56.21 / fifth) and the Dave Labor Invitational (59.15 / fifth) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete. 

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, placing ninth at 57.52 seconds … Also competed at the league championships on The Rock’s 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams that recorded respective finishes of ninth and 11th … Top 400-meter hurdle time was 56.86 seconds in a second-place finish at the Red Flash Open … Won the 400-meter hurdles at the SRU Open in 58.01 seconds in addition to helping SRU’s 4x100-meter relay team to a victory … Also placed eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Westminster Invitational following a time of 58.18 seconds … Other top times included 17.27 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles at the Shamrock Invitational and 11.87 seconds in the 100-meters at the Dave Labor Invitational ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

Before The Rock: Played wide receiver on the Westminster (Pa.) football team during the fall of 2021 before transferring to Slippery Rock.
