TFRRS Peformance LinkPersonal: Son of Deanna and Gary Palenchak … Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy (3+3) major.
2014 (XC): Competed in five meets... Finished with a career best mark of 27:40:70 in the 8K event at the PSAC XC Championships... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
2014 (Outdoor) : Competed in three meets...placed 3rd in the 3000m Steeple chase at the SRU Open and got a personal best (10:18.75)...reached a personal best in the 1500m at Ashland Alumni Open (4:10.39).
2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile (18th place 4:30.36) and helped the distance medely relay team place 5th (10:35.44)...got a personal best in the mile at the SPIRE Midwest Open (4:21.52).
High School: A four time letter winner in cross country and a two time letter winner in track at Gateway High School ... two time PA State Championship qualifier ... cross country team MVP three times ... National Honor Society member.
