2019 (XC): Ran in six races … Competed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships, running a career-best in the 10k and finishing as SRU’s fifth runner at 34:13.0 … Competed in the PSAC Championships, finishing with a time of 27:55.4 … Finished 11th overall at the Bill Lennox Invitational at 28:22.3 … Ran a career-best in the 8k and finished as Slippery Rock’s second runner at the Lock Haven University Invitational with a time of 26:55.8 … Finished as SRU’s third runner and 18th overall at the Doug Watts Invitational with a time of 27:45.9 … Finished as The Rock’s fourth runner at the Road Runners Invitational at 28:35.3.

2018 (XC): Competed in all six meets … Served as one of The Rock’s top finishers in all six races … Finished first race as a member of the Slippery Rock roster by placing 28th in 27:43.9 at the Doug Watts Invitational … Ran a season-best time of 27:00.3 finish 49th out of 222 runners at the LHU Invitational … Placed seventh at the Bill Lennox Invite in 29:58.7 … Was SRU’s fifth finisher at the PSAC Championships, placing 64th overall in 29:23.7 … Closed season by running the 10k Atlantic Region Championship course in 39:17.8.

High School: Lettered four times in track, four times in outdoor track and four times in indoor track at Mifflin County High School ... Led school to a district championship in cross country in 2012.
