2024 (XC): Competed at three meets ... Opened the season with a 44th at the Doug Watts Open in 22:44.2 for 6k ... Took 101st at the YSU NCAA Collegiate Inagural Alumni XC Meet in 31:51.2 for 8k ... Placed 54th at the Fighting Scits Invite (8k) in 29:49.1, a season-best for 8k.
2024 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … Ran a season-best steeplechase time of 10:15.86 as part of a fifth-place finish at the Westminster Invitational … Also posted top-10 steeplechase finishes at the Walsh Invitational (fifth / 10:16.75) and the Dr. Toms Alumni Invite (ninth / 10:22.85) … Took part in the 1,500-meters on two occasions as well with best time of 4:21.36 coming at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational.
2024 (Indoor): Competed in the 3,000-meters at one meet, placing 37th in a field of 64 runners at the SPIRE Indoor Games with a time of 9:14.98.
2023 (XC): Competed in three of The Rock’s six team meets … Opened year by running a season-best time of 27:01.36 at the Robert Morris Colonial Invite en route to a 59th-place finish … Served as SRU’s fourth finisher while helping The Rock to a fifth-place team showing at the Lock Haven Invite “White” race thanks to a time of 27:09.4, which was good enough to take 41st out a 212-man field … Also completed the Bill Lennox Invite in 29:10.7 to place 81st out of 159 competitors.
2023 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the steeplechase … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 17th with a season-best time of 10:26.30 … Took second in the steeplechase at the Mountaineer Twilight Meet with a 10:30.63 finish … Ran the steeplechase at the Shamrock Invitational in 10:34.22 to place 10th … Also placed second in the steeplechase at the John Papa Invite (10:55.94) … Helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a second-place finish in 3:40.53 at the SRU Last Chance Meet.
2022 (XC): Competed in all seven meets … Top 8,000-meter time of the season was 27:19.70 at the LHU Invite … Was Slippery Rock’s fifth finisher at the Doug Watts Open after clocking a time of 28:31 to place 15th overall … Top individual finish of the season was 10th place at the Allegheny Classic (22:22 / 4 miles) … Finished the year by placing 60th at the PSAC Championships (27:22) and running the 9,500-meter NCAA Atlantic Region Championship course in 33:37 (116th).

2021 (XC): Was one of The Rock’s top five finishers in one of six meets … Ran the PSAC Championship course (8k) in 28:38.4 to place 76th … Top 8k time of the season came at the Doug Watts Open to place 31st overall in 27:57.4 … Also broke 28 minutes on an 8k course at the LHU Open (27:58.2) … Finished in 36th place at the Bill Lennox Invitational (29:05.7) … Opened season by running the Marty Uher Invitational (4.79k) in 16:23.3 to place 18th.
High School: Lettered three times in cross country and twice in track at Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Ohio … Earned all-district and all-region honors throughout prep career while helping to lead Lancaster to cross country and track OCC championships … An honor roll student.
