2025 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 10,000-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 20th in 34:24.85 … Ran a season-best time of 33:00.30 at the Bison Outdoor Classic … Opened season by placing third at the Ed Fry Invitational after clocking a time of 33:33.42.

2025 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Opened year by running the 3,000-meters in 9:24.06 to place 37th at the Ashland Invitational … Earned a top-10 finish in the 3,000-meters at the Munt Union Tune-Up following a time of 9:32.85 … Also ran the mile at Mount Union, placing 15th in 4:51.27 ... Took part in the 5,000-meters at the SPIRE Indoor Games, clocking a time of 16:07.70 (29th).

2024 (XC): Competed in five meets ... Crossed the line in the top five for SRU twice ... Ran a season-best 27:36.4 for 8k at the Fighting Scots Invite for 24th ... 2024 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets primarily in the 10,000-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 18th at 33:46.14 … Season-best 10k time of 33:12.87 came as part of an eighth-place finish at the Dave Labor Invite … Also ran the 5,000-meters on one occasion, finishing the Carnegie Mellon Invite in 16:08.82.

2024 (Indoor): Ran the 5,000-meters in 16:27.65 to place 39th at the SPIRE Indoor Games in lone appearance of season.

2023 (XC): Competed at all six of The Rock’s team meets … Earned second team All-PSAC honors following a 29th-place finish at the conference championship meet (27:31.4) where he was SRU’s fifth finisher, helping Slippery Rock to a second-place team finish … Posted season-best 8,000-meter course time of 26:05.0 at the Lock Haven Invitational “Crimson” race, finishing 90th in a 265-man field … Helped The Rock to a team victory at the Bill Lennox Invitational as SRU’s No. 5 finisher courtesy of a 26:28 showing which resulted in a 24th-place outing in the 159-man field … Took 37th at the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational by clocking a time of 26:06.54 … Closed year at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a time of 32:46.8 which was good enough for 61st out of 157 runners.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets … Opened year by running the 1,500-meters at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge in a season-best time of 4:19.37 (21st) … Ran the 10,000-meters once, finishing fourth at the Dave Labor Invitational in 34:14.05 … Placed eighth in the 5,000-meters at the Westminster Invitational (16:11.79).

2022 (XC): Competed in all seven meets … Was Slippery Rock’s fifth finisher twice … Top 8,000-meter time of the season was 26:31.80 at the LHU Invite … Helped SRU to a team victory as The Rock’s fifth finisher at the Allegheny Classic following a time of 21:59 on the four-mile course … Earned a 16th-place finish at the Doug Watts Open to start the season after clocking a time of 28:45 … Also produced top-50 finishes at the Bill Lennox Invitational (48th / 28:04) and the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (50th / 28:01.2) … Ran the PSAC Championships in 27:18.3 to finish 58th … Closed year by completing the 9,500-meter NCAA Atlantic Region Championship course in 32:59.3.
