2014 (Outdoor): Hit PSAC standard in the 5000-meter... placed 17th (15:48.94)... reached a personal best for the outdoor season in the 5000-meter at the Bison Invitational (15:06.10).
2013-14 (Indoor): Reached PSAC standard in the 3000 meter with a personal best time of 8:43.99...reached PSAC standard in the 5000 meter (14:57.35) another personal best...Took 7th in the 5000 meter at PSAC (15:13.22).
2013 (XC): Competed in all seven races...he placed consistently in the top three finishers for SRU...narrowly missed All-Region by placing 31st (32:10)...placed 32nd, 3rd SRU finisher at the PSAC (26:41).
2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for PSAC in the 5000-meters and 1500-meters ... placed 5th in the 5000-meters(15:07.98) ... finished 12th in the 1500-meters (4:02.43)
2012-13 (Indoor): PSAC qualifier in the mile with a time of 4:22.02...Placed sixth at the BWU Meet (4:28.06)...Finished 12th in the mile at PSAC Championship (4:23.31)
2012 (XC): Competed in six races...earned All-PSAC honors by placing 17th at the PSAC championships (26:22)...placed 27th at the Atlantic Regionals (32:14)...was a top-five finisher for SRU in five of his six races...placed 10th among college runners at the Daniel Walker Invite (27:26)...was the second SRU finisher at the Lock Haven Invitational placing 16th (26:17)...finished eighth at the SRU Invititational (27:07).
2012 (Outdoor): Ran nine races this season ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 1,500m and 5,000m and placed 5th in the 5,000m (15:14.74) ... Had three top-ten finishes ... ran best 5,000m mark posting a 15:14.44 placing 6th at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational.
2011-12 (Indoor): Placed eighth in the mile at the PSAC Championships with a career-best time of 4:20.61 … also competed at the conference championships as part of The Rock’s distance medley relay team (sixth – 10:30.46) … won the mile at the B-W Mid-February meet after running a time of 4:32.62.
2011 (XC): Ran in six races ... finished 45th (34:29) at the Atlantic Regional championships ... earned All-PSAC honors by placing 24th with a time of 25:41 ... came in 17th (27:19.2) at the SRU Invitational ... placed sixth (26:33.20) at the Lock Haven Invite ... finished 11th (26:49.5) ... began the season by placing 11th (16:16.9) at the Alaska Anchorage dual meet.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Competed in the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter races … qualified for the PSAC Championships in both events … placed 14th in the 5,000m (
15:21.11) and 17th in the 1,500m (
4:04.92) at the PSAC’s … won the 1,500m at the SRU Invitational with a time of 4:05.41 … fastest 1,500m time of the season came at the Ashland Alumni Open (6th place / 4:01.96).
2010 (XC): Competed in six races for SRU as a freshman … recorded two top-20 finishes … began collegiate career with a 20th place finish at the Seagull Invitational … placed sixth at the SRU Tri-Meet with a time of 27:15.50 … ended season by finishing 48th at the PSAC Championships (28:18) and 91st at the NCAA Atlantic Regional’s (35:31.5).
High School: Was a four-year cross country standout at Gettysburg Area High School … won the 2010 Mid Penn championships … finished in fourth place at the 2010 PIAA district 3 in cross country meet … ended prep career with a 16th place showing at the AAA PIAA state championships.
