2016 (XC): Competed in two meets ... Placed eighth in the 5M at the Doug Watts Distance Gala with a time of 26:38.2 ... Placed 79th in the 8K at the Division II/III Challenge with a time of 28:04.0.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in three races … Best showing was a third-place finish in the 10,000-meter run at the Hillsdale College GINA Relays (32:41.28) … Ran a career-best time in the 5,000-meter run at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (15:42.49).

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in three meets … Hit a season-best time in the 5,000-meter run with a 15:50.25 at the YSU Icebreaker Invite.

2014 (XC): Competed in six meets ... Ran his fastest time of the season in the 8K at the PSAC Championships with a time of 26.57.5 to place 58th ... Placed 63rd in the 6.2M at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 35:31.9.
