2023 (XC): Competed in all six team meets for The Rock … Served as SRU’s fourth finisher in five of six races … Earned second team All-PSAC honors by placing 20th at the conference meet after crossing the finish line in 27:12.9 … Ran the Lock Haven Invitational “Crimson” race in a season-best time of 24:40.7 to place 20th in a 265-man field … Also posted top-20 finishes at both the Robert Morris Colonial Invite (18th / 25:11.28) and the Bill Lennox Invitational (10th / 25:44) … Closed year by completing the 10,000-meter course at the NCAA Regional Championships in 31:26.8 on the way to a 27th-place finish.
