2026 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets … Ran the 10,000-meters twice during the outdoor season with best time of 33:49.71 coming as part of a fourth-place finish at the John Papa Invite … Won the steeplechase at the Gator Invite in 10:42.88 … Also took part in the 5,000-meters at the Carnegie Mellon Invite (15:53.89) and in the 1,500-meters at the Westminster Invite (4:17.02).
2026 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Ran the 3,000-meters in 9:21.47 to place 11th at the Wuske Invite … Also completed the 3,000-meters at the Ashland Invite in 9:25.09 … Finished indoor season by finishing the 5,000-meters at the YSU Last Chance Meet in 16:20.01.
2025 (XC): Took part in two races in 2025 … Opened year by running 8,000-meter course at the LHU Open in 30:57.1 … Closed season with a personal-best 8,000-meter course time of 28:11.4 at the CMU Invitational.
