2025 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets primarily in the 800-meters … Ran a season-best time of 1:59.67 as part of a 12th-place finish at the John Papa Invitational … Other top times of year came in consecutive weeks at the Weaver Invite (2:00.87 / ninth) and the Dave Labor Invitational (2:00.78 / 30th) … Also took part in the 1,500-meters on two occasions with season-best time of 4:16.95 coming at the Westminster Invitational for a 13th-place finish in a 56-man field ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
2025 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Helped to provide The Rock with one point at the PSAC Championships by running a leg on SRU’s distance medley relay team that placed eighth at the conference meet in 10:42.72 … Opened season by completing the mile in 4:32.23 to finish 19th at the SPIRE Indoor Games … Also took sixth place in the 800-meters at the Mount Union Tune-Up with a time of 2:03.32.
2024 (XC): Competed in three meets ... Crossed the line in the top five for SRU and ran a season-best for 8k in 28:20 for 35th at the YSU NCAA Collegiate Inagural Alumni XC Meet ... Opened the season at the Doug Watts Open with 10th in 20:36 for 6k ... Took 244th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (8k) in 28:24.8.
2024 (Outdoor): Did not compete.
2024 (Indoor): Competed at three meets … Opened year by running the mile in 4:41.65 to place 16th at the Ashland Invitational … Posted season-best mile time of 4:40.29 to finish ninth in addition to clocking an 800-meter time of 2:09.38 as part of a 19th-place showing at the Mount Union Wuske Open … Closed indoor season by running a leg on The Rock’s distance medley relay team that placed seventh at the YSU Mid-Major Invite in 10:46.39 ... 2023 (XC): Competed in four of The Rock’s six team races … Recorded a season-best time (27:35) and a season-best finish (52nd) at the Bill Lennox Invitational … Also ran at the Panther Opener (5K / 16:36.4), the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational (8K / 27:57.43) and Lock Haven Invitational “White” race (8K / 27:53.4).
