2026 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets in the 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 10,000-meters, finishing 11th in a season-best time of 32:00.74 … Also finished the 10,000-meters at the John Papa Invite in 33:07.89 to place second in the four-man race … Top 5,000-meter times in 2026 came at the Dillard Twilight Meet (15:33.43) and the Ashland Alumni Open (15:47.03).
2026 (Indoor): Competed at two meets with top performance coming at the Ashland Invite with a 9:53.69 race in the 3,000-meters.
2025 (XC): Competed at all six meets … Completed the CMU Invitational in an 8,000-meter course season-best time of 26:31.1 to place 58th in a 190-man field and serve as The Rock’s fifth finisher … Was the second SRU athlete to cross the finish line at the Allegheny Classic, clocking a time of 28:06.0 to place 18th overall out of 186 competitors … Took 58th at the PSAC Championships following a time of 27:01.4 … Closed year by completing the 10,000-meter course at the Atlantic Region Championships in 36:12.6.
Before The Rock: A member of the track & field / cross country program at Shawnee State University for four years.
High School: Lettered four times in both track & field and soccer as well as once in cross country at Valley High School in Lucasville, Ohio.
