2007: Attended Cape Fear Community College.

2006: Played in eight games ... Had six catches for 115 yards and one touchdown ... Caught four passes for 91 yards and one TD vs. Florida State on Oct. 5 ... Had two catches for 24 yards vs. Georgia Tech on Nov. 4.

2005: Played in two games before injuring his shoulder, which necessitated surgery ... Received a medical redshirt ... Caught five-yard TD pass in first collegiate game vs. Eastern Kentucky.

High School: First-team all-state performer as a senior after being second-team selection as a junior ... caught 43 passes for 945 yards and 17 TDs as a senior ... also returned two kickoffs for TDs ... had 23 catches for 308 yards and two TDs, as well as 47 tackles and two interceptions as a junior ... two-way player, also saw action at safety ... three-sport athlete ... lettered three seasons in both football and track and field and two seasons in basketball ... placed fifth in state championships in high jump with leap of 6-4.
