Terry Grossetti

Grossetti joined The Rock staff in 2017 as the strength and conditioning coach. He is a 2009 Slippery Rock alumnus that has seen a great deal of success as a personal trainer since graduating from The Rock. Grossetti is currently the owner and director of training at Grossetti Performance, which has two training facilities in western Pennsylvania.

Since 2014, Grossetti and his staff have worked with more than 1,000 athletes, including three football players that were drafted by NFL teams and an additional 10 athletes that signed undrafted free agent contracts with NFL teams.
 
Prior to opening his own company, Grossetti spent two years as the director of sports performance at Power Train Sports in Wexford and one year as the speed trainer at the House of Speed in Youngstown, Ohio.

Grossetti played in 33 games for Slippery Rock from 2006-08 at wide receiver for former SRU head coach George Mihalik. He finished his career with 98 receptions, 1,307 yards and 15 touchdowns. He ranks eighth in Slippery Rock history in career touchdown receptions, 15th in total receptions and 17th in receiving yards.
 
Over his three years, Grossetti helped The Rock to a 21-12 record.
