Malcolm Henry joined the SRU football staff in the spring of 2023 as a graduate assistant coach. He will work with the running backs at The Rock while pursuing a master's degree.
 
CAREER AT A GLANCE
• One of The Rock’s youngest coaches, Henry enters his third season as a collegiate coach in 2024, and second on the offensive side of the ball.
• Guided SRU running backs to a 2,590 rushing yards and 42 rushing TDs in 2023.
• SRU averaged 5.4 yards per carry on 484 attempts in 2023.
• Henry helped lead Khalid Dorsey to first team All-PSAC honors after rushing for 984 yards and 12 TD.

CAREER PATH
• Began coaching career on at Susquehanna University where he assisted with the River Hawks’ defensive backs in 2022. Susquehanna went 10-1 and qualified for the NCAA Division III playoffs in Henry’s lone season with the program. Susquehanna ranked 38th out of 238 DIII teams in interceptions.
 
ATHLETIC CAREER
• After a standout prep career at Delsea High School, Henry began collegiate career in 2017 as a linebacker at Muhlenberg College where he played in 16 games over two seasons.
• Transferred to The College of New Jersey for remainder of college career.
 
PERSONAL
• Native of Pittsgrove, New Jersey
• Received a bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in radio, television and film from The College of New Jersey.
