Jalen Jackson joined the Slippery Rock football staff in the spring of 2025 as a wide receivers coach.

CAREER PATH
• In his role at Delta State, Jackson was involved in recruiting high school and transfer students, assisting with wide receiver individual drills and meetings, working with film, opponent scouting, coordinating camps and coaching the scout team defensive backs and linebackers.
• Coached one all-conference selection and a Reese's Senior Bowl Watch List athlete at Delta State.
• Helped guide Delta State to a 6-4 record in 2024.
ATHLETIC CAREER
• Began career at Kennesaw State for two seasons (2018 / 2019) before transferring to Fort Scott Community College in 2020 and Division I Louisiana-Monroe for final three collegiate seasons (2021-23).
PERSONAL
• Earned master's degree in sport and human performance from Delta State with a 4.0 GPA in 2024.
• Received bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana-Monroe in 2022.
• Native of Powder Springs, Georgia.
