Returning starter at one of the cornerback positions ... Expected to battle Robert Doiley for first-team role this spring ... One of most athletic players on Rock roster ... Will also be primary punt and/or kickoff return specialist ... Has the potential to “take it to the house” anytime he touches the football  ...  2007: Ranked fourth on team with 54 total tackles (41 solo, 13 assisted) ... Intercepted one pass (no return) and broke up five others ... Rock’s top punt returner with eight for 44 yards ... Also had eight kickoff returns for 188 yards (23.5/return) ...   2006: Had team-high four interceptions (37 yards in returns) ... Averaged 20.4 yards per kickoff return and 10.3 yards per punt return ... Recorded 26 solo and 12 assisted tackles, one tackle for loss (-12 yards), three pass breakups and one forced fumble ... 2005: Redshirted ... High school: Earned all-state, all-district and all-city honors ... Set school records for rushing yards in a game (266) and season (1,343) ... Three-sport athlete ... Lettered three seasons in both football and track and field and one season in basketball ... Led team to Ohio Valley Athletic Conference championships in football and track and field ... Sport management major.
