Joined The Rock program in the fall of 2012 as a transfer student ... Previously attended Young Harris College in Georgia and Potomac State College in West Virginia.

2013: Appeared in 35 games for the Rock starting all 35 of them ... hit .202 (20-99) and recorded one double and ten RBI's ...

Before The Rock: Lettered one season in baseball at both Young Harris and Potomac State ... Batted .357 in 2012 season at Potomac State.

High School: Earned two honorable mention all-state honors ... Ended career with as a junior after hitting .363 with four home runs and 27 RBI ... Three-sport athlete … Lettered four seasons each in baseball, wrestling and golf ... honorable mention Class AAA All-State honors for the second consecutive year.  Over his first three years, LaRose hit .322 with six home runs and 79 RBIs in 88 games (258 at-bats).  He earned first-team All-Potomac Valley Conference in each of his first three seasons and earned All-Apple Valley League first team honors in 2008 and 2009, and second team All-AVL honors in 2007.  An honor roll student, LaRose helped lead Musselman to section titles as a freshman and sophomore.

In addition, LaRose's American Legion team won the state championship in 2007 and was the state runner-up last year.
