ROCK FOOTBALL PROSPECT CAMP #1

SRU FIELD HOCKEY SUMMER DAY CAMP

For: Students in grades 6-12
Description: Come spend a full day with The Rock field hockey coaching staff, players and guest coaches as you learn concentrated technical and tactical skills. Boxed lunches and snacks will be provided.

SRU CO-ED VOLLEYBALL CAMP

Location: Aebersold Student Recreation Center
For: Adults age 21 and up
Description: An adult co-ed volleyball camp emphasizing individual skill development as well as basic volleyball team concepts. Camp culminates with a 6v6 competitive tournament. Campers will receive dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.

SRU BASKETBALL YOUTH SKILLS CLINIC

SRU VOLLEYBALL TEAM CAMP
Registration Information: A maximum of 18 teams can be accepted to the team camp. If you are interested in attending, please contact Laurie Lokash at
laureen.lokash@sru.edu or 724-738-2817 to be admitted to the camp. Once admitted the team representative/coach will receive registration materials for the team.
Dates: July 8-10
Location: Morrow Field House
For: A team is defined as a minimum of seven players (preferably eight to 10) from the same school or club who can play all required positions. It is recommended that no more than 12 players comprise a team. Each team must be accompanied by a coach.
Description: The team camp will provide attendees with instruction from top area high school and college coaches. The SRU volleyball coaching staff is committed to training athletes by providing each player with the opportunity to learn and enhance the fundamental skills of volleyball. We teach the game by providing quality instruction in conjunction with competitive opportunities. The objective of the camp, in addition to skill development, is to emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork and fun.

SRU GIRLS' INDIVIDUAL VOLLEYBALL CAMP

Description: Under the direction of Laurie Lokash, Slippery Rock University women's head volleyball coach, the Girl's Individual Volleyball Camp will provide attendees with instruction from top area high school and college coaches and college players. The camp offers a solid
program that combines instruction on individual and team skills while providing attendees with an opportunity to train at their own level.

SRU MEN'S SOCCER ID CLINIC

Location: Mihalik-Thompson Stadium and the SRU Practice Fields
For: High school boys entering grades 9-12
Description: Designed to immerse attendees into an environment that promotes and challenges campers to take their game to the next level, while giving them a chance to showcase themselves to the coaches in attendance. All sessions will be administered by college and professional coaches, who will take players through training sessions that will help develop them technically, tactically and mentally. Goalkeeper-specific training will be offered during each session, with a focus on the technical and tactical aspects of the position.

SRU SOFTBALL PROSPECT CAMP

For: High school girls, entering ninth grade and up
Description: Prospect camp is geared towards prospective student-athletes who are interested in Rock softball and want to improve their skills. The camp includes hitting, pitching, catching and infield/outfield drills.
Cost: $70 for the hitting clinic, $65 for pitching and $35 each for catching, infield and outfield clinics per day.

SRU WOMEN'S SOCCER ID CLINIC

For: Students grades 9-12
Description: Small training modules will be utilized within the framework of game situations, allowing players to test themselves against strong competition. The evaluation period will showcase player's skills in technical, tactical and small-sided situations. Players will also have the opportunity to showcase their skills in 7-aside and 11-aside games. A goalkeeping session will be provided as well. Goalkeepers will receive specific training from our own goalkeeper coach while focusing on the important technical and tactical aspects of the position. Goalkeepers will be pushed to their full potential in the technical, tactical and small-sided sessions, all resulting in great opportunities to showcase skills.
Cost: $220/player - Friday and Saturday ($50 non-refundable deposit), $140/player - Saturday only ($50 non-refundable deposit)

Description: The team camp is designed to totally immerse players in the competitive environment of SRU's own championship caliber women's soccer team. Players will receive and detail oriented, yet enjoyable, sessions and will be given the opportunity to work closely with collegiate coaches and players. Small training modules will be utilized within the framework of game situations, allowing players to test themselves against strong competition. During the camp, goalkeepers will receive specific training from The Rock's goalkeeper coach while focusing on the important technical and tactical aspects of the position. The camp will work to prepare your team for the upcoming high school season.
