RELENTLESS ROCK FOOTBALL CAMP

Description: Individual position training by the SRU football coaching staff, height and weight measurements, 40 testing and pro shuttle testing, agility circuit, competition drills and 1v1 competitions, evaluation by SRU and other local college football coaching staffs.

Description: Prospect camp is geared towards prospective student-athletes who are interested in Rock softball and want to improve their skills. The camp includes hitting, pitching, catching and infield/outfield drills.Â
Cost: $75 for the hitting clinic, $65 for pitching and $35 each for catching, infield and outfield clinics per day.Â

Cost: $100 per clinic. $90 if registered at least three weeks in advance. Cost includes t-shirt, speed and agility session, SRU admissions presentation and lunch.
