2016 (XC): Competed in two meets ... Placed 14th in the 5M at the Doug Watts Distance Gala with a time of 27:57.5 ... Placed 58th in the 8K at the Lock Haven University Invitational with a time of 27:44.8 (personal best).

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets … Ran on the fifth place 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships (7:54.10) … Ran a season-best 800-meter time of 1:57.89 at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic … Had three top-ten finishes.

2015-16 (Indoor): Ran in four meets … Part of the seventh place 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships (8:09.57) … Ran a season-best 800-meter time of 1:59.98 at the Kent State Tune Up.

2015 (XC): Ran in five meets ... Placed 24th at the Edinboro Distance Gala (27.17) ... Was 100th at the PSAC Championship meet (28:26) ... Placed 100th at the Lock Haven Invite (27.45). 

2015 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets for The Rock ... Set a personal best time in the 1,500-meter run with a mark of 4:00.80.

2014-15 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championship in the mile and earned All-PSAC honor with a 3rd place finish and a career best time of 4:19.97... Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a fifth place finish at the PSAC Championships (8:05.60) ... Ran a career-best time of 1:57.98 in the 800-meter run at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open ... Had five top-ten finishes.

2014 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

2013-14 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800m (16th - 2:00.43) and helped the 4x800-meter relay team earn second place (7:51.29) ... Finished second at the YSU Icebreaker in the 800m (1:59.06) ... Reached a personal best in the 800m at the Kent State Tune-Up (1:57.82).

2013 (XC): Did not compete.

High School: A four time letter winner in both cross country and track at Edison High School ... Team MVP for cross country three times ... Named Sandusky Bay Conference Champion and Conference Most Outstanding Performer in 2012 ... Holds the school record in the 3200-meter.
