2017 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets ... Recorded six top-ten finishes (with five being top-five) ... Recorded a time of 50.38 in the 400m at the PSAC Championships ... Helped SRU to place first in the 4x4 with a time of 3:19.05 at the PSAC Championships.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Placed third in the 400-meter hurdles at the PSAC Championships with a career-best time of 54.37 … Also ran the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes ... Had nine top-10 finishes. 

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in five meets … Part of the PSAC Championship 4x400-meter relay team (3:17.83) … Also ran on the seventh place 4x800-meter relay team (8:09.57) and was eighth in the 400-meter dash (50.47) at the PSAC Championships.

2015 (Outdoor): Recorded personal best in 400H with a time of 55.97.

Before The Rock: Lettered twice in outdoor track and once in indoor track at the University of Mount Union.

High School: Played football, cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track ... Lettered three times in outdoor track, two times in indoor track, and one time in cross country ... Competed in the New Balance outdoor Nationals in 2011 ... Was a WPIAL champion in the 4x400 relay in 2011 ... Competed in the New Balance indoor Nationals in 2012.
