Helped SRU place third in the 4x1 with a time of 43.58 at the SRU Open ... Recorded a time of 56.18 in the 400H at the PSAC Championships ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles (12th place - 57.36) … Also part of the fifth place 4x800-meter relay team (7:54.10) … Ran a season-best time of 56.83 in the 400H at the SRU Last Chance Meet … Also ran a season-best 1:59.56 in the 800-meter run at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets … Part of the PSAC Runner-Up distance medley relay team that broke the nine-year old program record with a time of 10:08.19 … Also ran on the seventh-place 4x800-meter relay team (8:09.57) at the PSAC Championships … Hit a season-best time of 1:59.92 in the 800-meter run at the Kent State Tune Up.

2015 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets for The Rock ... Earned a career best in the 400H with a time of 56.69 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete

2014-15 (Indoor): Earned first All-Region honor after running the third leg (800m) of the distance medley relay that claimed the PSAC title in 10:26.95 ... Qualified for the PSAC Championship in the open 800 and placed 13th (1:59.39) ... Helped the 4x8 relay team to a fifth place finish in the PSAC Championship (8:05.60) ... Ran a career best 1:57.22 in the open 800 at the Kent State Tune-Up ... Recorded six top ten finishes ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2014 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets ... Posted a best time in the 800-meter run (2:00.57).

2013-14 (Indoor): Qualified for PSAC Championships and helped led the distance medley relay to a 5th place finish (10:35.44) ... Competed in all seven meets ... Reached a personal best in the 400-meter run (58.24) and the 800-meter run (1:58.43).

High School: Lettered four times in track & field and two times in cross country ... Was All-Conference twice in the 300m IH, three times in the 4x400 relay, and three times in the 4x800 relay ... Was All-District twice in teh 300m IH, twice in the 4x400 relay, and twice in the 4x800 relay ... Was a National Honor Society member for four years.
