2016 (Outdoor): Was on the runner-up 4x400-meter relay team that ran 3:15.57 at the PSAC Championships … Was also on the fourth-place 4x100-meter relay team (41.86) and placed fifth in the 400-meter run (49.44) to help The Rock finish second at the PSAC meet … Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (3:16.86) … Ran a season-best time of 49.18 in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays and a 22.37 in the 200-meter dash at the Ashland Alumni Open ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2015-16 (Indoor): Part of the PSAC Championship team that won the 4x400-meter relay in 3:17.83 … Was also on the PSAC Runner-Up distance medley relay team (10:08.19) that broke the 2007 school record of 10:19.29 ... Also ran a season-best time of 22.30 in the 200-meter dash to place seventh at the PSAC meet and help The Rock men’s team finish second overall … Was on the 4x400-meter relay teams that captured the YSU Indoor Invite (3:22.09), the Youngstown State National Invite (3:20.02) and the SPIRE Midwest Open (3:18.05) … Placed third in the 200-meter dash (22.56) and second in the 400-meter dash (49.93) at the Al Hall Freedom Games ... All-Region selection.

2014-15 (Outdoor): Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that placed third (41.67) at the PSAC Championships ... Placed second at the Dave Labor Invitational in the 400M event with a 49.41 mark ... Posted a career high in the 200M with a time of 22.18 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2014-15 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after finishing first in the 4x400-meter relay at the PSAC Championships with a time of 3:16.80 ... Also earned All-PSAC honors after finishing first in the Distance Medley with a 10:26.95 mark ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200M Dash and placed 10th in the Preliminaries ... Recorded a career best 7.22 mark in the 60-meter dash ... Recorded a career best time of 22.59 in the 200-meter dash ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2013 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships and placed 13th in the 400-meter dash (49.13) ... Also part of the fifth place 4x400-meter relay team (3:17.92) ... Placed fourth in the SRU Last Chance meet in the 100-meter dash (11.03, pesonal best) ... Finished first at the SRU Invitational in the 400-meter dash (51.67) and took fifth in the 200-meter dash (23.08).

2012-13 (Indoor): Placed first in the 4x4 at the Baldwin Wallace Mid-February Meet ... Finished in sixth in the 500-meter dash at the Youngstown State Invitational (1:09.00) ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter dash ... Recorded personal best marks in the 55-meter (6.80), the 60-meter (7.22), the 200-meter (22.88) and the 500-meter (1:09).

2012 (Outdoor): Competed in 18 events ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter dash (17th - 50.60) ... Was part of The Rock's first place 4x100-meter relay team at the W&J Invitational (43.28) ... Had ten top-ten finishes ... Placed second in the 400-meter dash (50.18) at the Slippery Rock Open ... Recorded personal best marks in the 200-meter dash (23.14) and the 400-meter dash (50.18) at the Slippery Rock Open. 

2011-12 (Indoor): Capped off freshman indoor season by qualifying for the 400-meter dash at the PSAC Championships (25th - 51.98) … Was part of The Rock’s first place 4x200-meter relay team at the Baldwin Wallace Mid-February Meet (1:33.33) … Finished ninth in the 800-meter run (2:06.84) at the Youngstown State Invitational.

High School: Lettered three times in track at Woodland Hills High School … Qualified for the 2010-11 Tri-State Track & Field Coaches Association indoor track and field championships, placing 13th in the 400-meters (55.01) … Also qualified for the WPIAL finals in the 400-meters and 4x400-meter relay during the outdoor season in 2011 … Team captain as a senior.
