2015 (Outdoor): Earned All-Region honors by posting the fifth fastest 10,000m (31:27.33) time in the region... Qualified for PSAC Outdoor Championships and placed eighth in the 10,000m event (31:59.63).
2014-15 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5000M and placed 10th with a 15:17.23 time.
2014 (XC): Competed in six meets... Finished 8th in the 8K event at the Don Cathcart Invitational, setting a career best time of 25:36:40... Recorded a 33:02:00 time in the 6.2m event at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region XC Championships... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5000m and 10000m he placed 19th in the 5000m (15:53.31) and 10 in the 10000m (33:08.45)...reached a personal best in the 1500 in Coastal Carolina to place 5th (4:08.08)...placed 14th at the Raleigh Relays and a personal best in the 10000m (32:07.32)...reached another personal best in the 5000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (15:13.82).
2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5000m and placed 25th (16:11.26)...placed 2nd and reached a personal best in the 3000m at the West Virginia Invitational (9:12.17)

2013 (XC) : Ran in two races...placed 1st in the Mack Cooper Classic (26:43)...placed 5th in the Lock Haven meet (26:03).
2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships and took 15th in the 5000-meter(16:03.70) ... competed in the SRU Invitational and finished 14th in the 1500-meter(4:30.37)
2012 (XC): Came in 50th place at the NCAA DII Atlantic Region XC Championships (33:02) ... finished 59th at the PSAC Championships (27:28) ... Slippery Rock XC Invitational (27:25) ... Lock Haven XC Qualifier (26:51) ... Mack Cooper Classic (26:36).
2012 (Outdoor): Competed in six events as a freshman ... two top-ten finishes ... Finished first in the 5,000-meter run (16:28.53) at the Slippery Rock Open ... recorded a 15:13.51 second personal best mark to finish ninth at the Dave Labor Invitational.
2011 (XC): Ran in five races ... placed 77th (27:10.9) at the PSAC Championships ... recorded a 41st-place finish (28:34) at the SRU Invite ... placed in the top-40 in back-to-back meets at the Lock Haven Invite (35th/27:44.90) and the Mack Cooper Classic (39th/28:34.4) ... started Rock career by placing 19th (17:09.6) against Alaska Anchorage in a dual meet.
High School: Lettered four times in cross country, track and field and wrestling … qualified for the PIAA Cross Country Championships as a junior and senior … also qualified for the PIAA Track and Field Championships in the mile as a senior … holds the South Side Area High School record in the mile at 4:33.25 … helped track and field team to two sectional titles during prep career … a member of the National Honor Society.
