2014 (XC) : Competed in three meets... Ran a season best of 26:05.8 at the Don Cathcart Invitational (105th)...PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2014 (Outdoor) : Competed in two meets...placed 20th in the 5000m in both meets...season best in the 5000m (21:43.26).

2013-14 (Indoor) : Competed in three meets...had a season best in the 5000m at the YSU Penguin Icebreaker (19:47.82) to place 11th...reached a personal best in the 3000m at SPIRE Midwest T&F Open (12:42.30).

2013 (XC) : Competed in three meets...placed 31st at the Mack Cooper Classic (26:12.6)...placed 89th at Lock Haven (24:31.4)...placed 31st at the SRU Invite (26:38.4).

2013 (Outdoor): Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed at the Youngstown State Icebreaker placing 8th in the 5,000- meters (21:01.44)...finished 32nd in the 5,000-meters at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (21:57.28).

2012 (XC): Finished 46th at the Mack Cooper Classic (26:15.3) and 91st at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier (26:18.1).

2011 (XC): Began season by placing 61st (27:10.9) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... was The Rock's fifth finisher at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invite with a time of 27:13.8 (24th overall) ... ended season with finishes of 59th (25:39.80) and 118th (27:44.4) at the Lock Haven Invite and the Slippery Rock Invite.

2012 (Outdoor): Competed at 3 meets in the 5,000-meter ... best performance was at the W&J Invitational with a 22nd place finish and a  time of 21:34.54.

2011-12 (Indoor): Competed in the 5,000-meter run at four meets … placed sixth at the YSU Icebreaker with a time of 19:59.73 … clocked a season-best time of 19:41.75 to place eighth at the YSU Invitational.

2011 (XC): Began season by placing 61st (27:10.9) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... was The Rock's fifth finisher at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invite with a time of 27:13.8 (24th overall) ... ended season with finishes of 59th (25:39.80) and 118th (27:44.4) at the Lock Haven Invite and the Slippery Rock Invite.
