2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5000m placing 13th (18:26.49)...reached a personal best in the 5000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic (17:49.82)...earned Capitol One Academic All-District award for the third time.
2013-14 (Indoor) : Earned PSAC Champion Scholar Award...qualified for the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m placing 7th (10:20.17) and helped the distance medley relay place 9th (12:38.92).
2013 (XC) : Earned third consecutive All-Region title with a 21st place finish at the NCAA D-II Atlantic Regional Championships....placed 24th at PSAC XC Championships (23:17.4)...was a top finisher for SRU.
2013 (Outdoor): Did not compete during outdoor season.
2012-13 (Indoor): Placed 2nd in the 3,000-meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (10:26.26)...5th place finish in the mile (5:19.89) at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.
2012 (XC): Qualified for and competed at the PSAC Championships, came in 18th with a time of 23:17.4 ... went on to compete at the NCAA DII Atlantic Region XC Championships, came in 24th with a time of 22:04.3
2012 (Outdoor): Started season with a 21st place finish at the Raleigh Relays in the 5000m (18:23.02) ... came in 1st at the Ed Fry Invitational in the 3000m (10:35.07) and 7th in the 800m (2:28.61).
2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by helping lead The Rock’s distance medley relay team to a second-place finish (12:10.45) at the PSAC Championships … also placed seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the PSAC Championships (10:07.54) … won the 3,000-meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker with a time of 10:35.57 … recorded second-place finishes in the mile at both the Kent State Golden Flash Gala (5:17.78) and at the Kent State Tune-Up (5:12.75) … finished fifth in the 3,000-meters at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge with a time of 10:24.52.
2011 (XC): Earned All-Atlantic Region honors after placing 21st (23:20) at the regional championships ... placed 42nd (22:38.7) and was SRU's third finisher at the PSAC Championships ... finished in eighth place (23:15.6) at the SRU Invite ... clocked a time of 23:25.40 to finish 16th at the Lock Haven Invitational ... posted a time of 25:14.2 at the Mack Cooper Classic, placing 25:14.2 ... started year by recording a 10th-place finish (19:30.6) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 1.500-meter run and placed 26th at 4:59.77 … placed fifth in the 1,500 at both the Ed Fry Invitational (5:10.34) and the Slippery Rock Invitational (5:11.33) … finished in fourth place in the 800-meter run at the SRU Tri Meet (2:32.37).
2010-11 (Indoor): Competed in the mile at the KSU Tune-Up and placed 51st at 5:50.89.
2010 (XC): Did not compete during the cross country season.
2009-10: Earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
Before The Rock: Attended North Carolina State University in 2008-09 ... redshirted all three seasons ... earned Scholar-Athlete honors ... named Centennial Scholar.
