2014 (Outdoor) : Earned All Confrence and All Region this year...reached a personal best and a SRU school record at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the 1500 meter run (3:50.38)...Reached another personal best in the 800 at the Dave Labor Invite (1:55.14)...Qualifed for PSAC in the 1500 meter and 4x800 meter relay...finished 2nd at the PSAC in the 1500 (4:00.24) and 4th in the 4x800 (7:56.70)...qualified for a spot at Nationals seeded 19th in the 1500 meter (3:50.38)...placed 20th at Nationals (4:00.90).
2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for PSAC in the mile (4.22.71)... Competed in the PSAC Championships in the 4x800 meter run placing 2nd (7.51.29) and placed 11th in the mile (4.23.77)
2013( XC): Was the first place rock finisher for 5 of the 6 meets...Won the individual title at the SRU Invitational (26.37.8)...Earned All-PSAC after a 9th place finish at the PSAC Championships (25.55.5)...placed 13th overall at Regionals (10k course) (31.16.3)
2013 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships ... took 16th in the 1500-meters( 4:05.56) and placed 1st in the 4X8 (7:41.85) ... competed in the SRU Last Chance meet taking 1st in the 800-meters(1:57.18) ...finished 2nd at the Ashland Alumni Open in the 1500-meters(3:59.92) ... 2012-13 (Indoor): Competed in six events...placed second in the mile (4:29.39) and third in the 800-meter (1:58.87) at the Youngstown State Icebreaker...recorded a personal best mark in the 5000-meter at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala (15:16.96).
2012 (XC): Competed in all six races for SRU...earned All-Region honors by placing 21st at the Atlantic Regional Championships (32:02)...helped Slippery Rock University win by placing sixth at the SRU invitational (26:53)...finished 19th overall at the Mack Cooper Classic (27:08).
2012 (Outdoor): Competed in five events this season ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 1,500-meter run, placing tenth overall (3:58.50) ... recorded two second place finishes in the 1,500-meter run at the Ed Fry Invitational (4:01.45) and the Slippery Rock Open (4:04.50) ... recorded a personal best 1,500-meter mark during the PSAC Championships (3:58.50).
2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile and 3,000-meter run, placing ninth (4:21.09) and 12th (8:55.78), respectively … recorded wins in the 5,000-meter run (15:23.91) at the Youngstown State Icebreaker and in the mile (4:17.90) at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala … also recorded top-10 finishes in the 800-meters (ninth - 1:57.77) at the Golden Flash Gala and in the 3,000-meters (fourth – 8:45.67) at the Youngstown State Invitational.
2011 (XC): Was The Rock's fourth finisher at the Atlantic Regional Championships, finishing 30th (33:36) ... earned All-PSAC honors after a 15th-place (25:25) finish at the conference championships ... placed third in back-to-back meets at the Lock Haven Invite (25:54.90) and the SRU Invite (26:20.6) ... placed sixth (26:33.9) at the Mack Cooper Classic.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 1,500-meters and the 3,000-meter Steeplechase, placing ninth in the 1,500 (
4:00.13) and 10th in the steeplechase (
9:49.64) … placed third in the 1,500-meters at the Ashland Alumni Open (4:00.65) … won the steeplechase with a time of 9:53.55 at the SRU Tri Meet … placed 13th out of 92 runners in the 1,500-meters at the Raleigh Relays (4:02.23).
2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as part of SRU’s second-place 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also competed in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Championships … won the 800-meter run at the BW Mid-February Meet in a time of 2:00.44.
2010 (XC): Ran in six races for SRU … began year with top-20 finishes in at the Seagull Invite (15tth) and the SRU Tri Meet (17th/28:39.1) … was SRU’s third finisher at the Penn State Invitation, finishing with a time of 27:42 … came in 39th place at the PSAC Championships with a time of 28:08 … closed out season by finishing in 44th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship (33:59.3).
High School: Graduated from General McLane High School ... lettered four times in both track and cross country and once in swimming ... was an all-region and all-district performer in cross country.
