Biography

Personal: Son of Gretchen Wickline and the late Mike Wickline, a longtime assistant high school football coach ... secondary education major.

2011: Started all 11 games played ... earned first team All-PSAC-West honors ... named the PSAC-West Defensive Player of the Week twice ... finished tied for first on the team with 85 total tackles (33 solo/52 assisted) ... also recorded 12 tackles for loss, four interceptions, one sack, one fumble recovered and one forced fumble ... tallied at least 10 tackles in a game four times ... started season with three tackles for loss at Seton Hill ... made 13 stops at Indiana (Pa.) ... had one sack and one interception at Edinboro ... made a season-high 14 tackles and picked off two passes at Mercyhurst ... registered five tackles and had one interception in PSAC Championship game at Kutztown ... Before The Rock: Joined The Rock program as a transfer from Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division rival Edinboro University

2010: Played in all 11 Edinboro games ... recorded 16 solo and 19 assisted tackles ... had one tackle for loss as backup to All-PSAC-West and all-region performer Ryan Skelton at Will linebacker ... had season-high six total tackles vs. Lock Haven and five TT's in three other games.

2009: Led Fighting Scots in tackles with 78 stops ... ranked second in solo stops with 36 … had seven tackles for losses and posted a pair of sacks … played in 12 games with six starts, including the last five games … had a career-high 13 tackles against Clarion, including a tackle for a loss and a half sack … added 12 tackles the next week at Millersville … took part in 9 tackles, with 1.5 for losses and a sack vs. Slippery Rock.

2008: Played in 10 games as a backup at strong safety and on special teams … finished with 14 tackles, one tackle for a loss and a fumble recovery … posted season-high three tackles against both Gannon and Millersville ... had a fumble recovery against Millersville.

High School: Earned all-state honors as a defensive back in his senior season ... finished career as school's all-time leading rusher with over 4,000 yards ... also set career and season records for scoring … rushed for 1,471 yards and 28 TDs in his senior season ... averaged 9.8 yards per carry in final scholastic season ... three-sport athlete ... also earned four letters in basketball and track.
