2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors at the conference championships after a third-place finish in the discus throw (39.59 meters) … also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the hammer throw (10th place / 41.87 meters) and the shot put (16th place / 10.23 meters) … won both the hammer throw and the discus at the SRU Last Chance Meet … won the discus throw at the Ed Fry Invitational (37.60 meters) … won the shot put (10.45 meters) and the discus throw (36.95 meters) at the SRU Invitational … won the discus at the SRU Tri Meet (36.69 meters) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put (6th place / 12.28 meters) and the weight throw (15th place / 12.71 meters) … placed second in the shot put at the BW Mid-February Meet (12.51 meters).

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the discus throw (fourth place / 37.96 meters), the shot put (fifth place / 12.40 meters) and the hammer throw (12th place / 42.49 meters) … came in second place in the discus at the Ellison Invitational (38.20 meters) … placed second in the discus at the SRU Invitational (38.96 meters).

2009-10 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the weight throw and the shot put … finished in second place at the SRU Indoor Invitational in the shot put (12.56 meters) … won the shot put at the SRU Indoor College Meet (11.94 meters).

2008-09 (Outdoor): Won the discus throw at the Ed Fry Invitational (37.24 meters).

2008-09 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors in the shot put during both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... placed second in the shot put at both the PSAC indoor and outdoor Championship Meets ... member of the Dean's List ... posted 4.0 GPA.

2007-08 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors during the indoor season with a fifth-place in the shot put at the PSAC meet ... member of the Dean's List.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field ... served as team captain for three years ... placed 14th in the shot put at the 2007 Nike Indoor Nationals ... placed sixth in the discus at the Penn Relays ...
