2011-12 (Indoor): Won the PSAC title in the pentathlon at the conference championships by totaling 3,435 points … also competed at the PSAC Championships in the shot put (fifth place – 12.70 meters), long jump (seventh place – 5.21 meters) and the triple jump (seventh place – 10.99 meters) … placed second in the pentathlon with 3,083 points at the Mike Kowal Combined Events Meet … recorded top-five performances in the triple jump at the KSU Tune-Up (second place – 11.18 meters), the YSU Invitational (fourth place – 11.04 meters) and at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala (fifth place – 11.15 meters) … finished in fourth place in the long jump at the YSU Invitational after making a jump of 5.22 meters … also placed ninth in the shot put (12.65 meters) at the KSU Tune-Up.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by placing second in the heptathlon with 4,725 points and second in the triple jump (11.52 meters) at the PSAC Championships … also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the javelin (11th place / 32.35 meters) and the shot put (eighth place / 11.63 meters) … won the heptathlon with 4,617 points at the Mondschein Multi Event

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the triple jump (sixth place / 11.09 meters) and the shot put (17th place / 11.15 meters) … placed sixth in the pentathlon at the Golden Flash Gala (3,093 points).
2009-10 (Outdoor): Competed in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships … earned All-PSAC honors with a second place finish in the triple jump (12.00 meters) at the conference championships … just missed earning all-conference honors by placing fourth in the heptathlon (4,712 points) … won the heptathlon with 4,511 points at the Mondschein Multi Event.
2009-10 (Indoor): Placed 12th at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the triple jump … earned All-PSAC honors after finishing third in the pentathlon and second in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships … also finished in fourth place and just missed earning All-PSAC accolades in the shot put ... finished in second place in the shot put competition at the Jim Wuske Invitational.
Before The Rock: Attended Thiel during freshman and sophomore seasons ... earned first team All-PAC honors in the triple jump and second team honors in the shot put as a freshman ... named PAC Field Athlete MVP as a sophomore ... earned first team PAC honors in the triple jump and the shot put ... earned second team honors in the long jump and 4x400-meter relay.
