2012 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by placing third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.43 ... qualified for the DII NCAA National meet ranking 42nd in DII for the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.43) ... had three top-three finishes at the Ashland University Alumni Invitational, first in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.61), first with the 4x400 relay team (4:01.01), and a third place finish with the 4x100-meter relay team (49.53) ... placed third at the Ed Fry Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.86) ... also placed second at the Dave Labor Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:04.15 ... opened the season with a fifth place finish at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (1:05.24) in the 400-meter hurdles.
2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by helping the SRU distance medley relay team to a second-place finish (12:10.45) at the conference championships … also competed at the PSAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles (16th place – 9.69 seconds) and as part of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team (12th place – 4:16.05) … helped The Rock’s 4x200-meter relay team and their 4x400-meter relay team to a pair of sixth-place finishes at the B-W Mid-February Meet (1:56.80) and at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (4:12.90), respectively … also placed eighth in the 500-meter dash after running a time of 1:23.58.
2010-11 (Outdoor): Part of the PSAC Championship
4x100-meter relay team … also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and placed seventh at 1:03.34 … helped The Rock’s 4x100-meter relay team to victory at the Ashland Alumni Open … placed third in the 100-meter dash at the SRU Invitational (13.05) … had the sixth-fastest 400-meter hurdle time in the PSAC during the outdoor season ... 2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter dash and finished in 21st place at 1:01.65.
2009-10 (Outdoor): Part of the PSAC Championship 4x100-meter relay team … just missed individual All-PSAC honors after placing fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.80) … also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meter dash and finished in 10th place at 12.94 … came in third place in both the 100-meter dash (12.82) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.40) at the Ellison Invitational … placed third in both the 100-meters (12.72) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:06.59) at the Ed Fry Invitational
2009-10 (Indoor): Competed at the PSAC Indoor Championships in the 60-meter dash and placed 10th ... finished in third place in the 55-meter dash at the SRU Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
2008 (Outdoor): Ran a season-best time of 27.73 in the 200-meters at the SDSU Track and Field Classic.
2008 (Indoor): Placed 14th in the 400-meter dash at the Bison Open (1:03.61).
High School: Lettered four times in track and field and twice in soccer … a two-time state qualifier in the 300 meter hurdles (2005 and 2007) … the District VI AA 300 meter hurdles champion in 2005 and 2007 … won the 2007 Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference 300 meter hurdle competition … a member of the National Honor Society.
