2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of the 4x800-meter and distance medley relay teams … just missed earning all-conference honors in the 800-meter run (fourth place / 2:15.93) … finished in third place in the 800-mneter run at the GaREAT Open (2:18.66) ... a USTFCCCA All-Region selection.
2009-10 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team … finished in sixth place at the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter run (57.38) … won the 400-meter dash at the Ellison Invitational (58.34) … won the 800-meters at the Ed Fry Invitational (2:19.75) …
2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a first-place finish as part of SRU's 4x400 meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also recorded second-place finishes at the PSAC Indoor Championships as part of SRU's 4x800 meter and distance medley relay teams ... won the 400-meter dash at the SRU Open ... came in third place in the 800-meter run at the Golden Flash Gala ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
2008-09 (Outdoor): Came in fourth place in the 800-meter run at the Sparky Adams Invitational with a season-best time of 2:18.88.
2008-09 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a third-place finish as part of the SRU 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also competed in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... placed second in the 800-meter run at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational.
2007-08 (Outdoor): Finished in 16th place (1:02.04) in the 400-meter dash at the St. Francis Open … also placed 16th in the 200-meter dash at the St. Francis Open with a season-low time of 27.65.
