2010-11 (Outdoor): A member of the PSAC Champion 4x400-meter and 4x100-meter relay teams at the conference championships … also qualified for the PSAC Championships in 400-meter dash and finished 16th at 59.88 … finished in third place in the 200-meter dash at the SRU Invitational (27.02) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors at the conference championships as a member of SRU’s second place distance medley relay team … also competed in the 4x400-meter relay and the 400-meter dash at the PSAC Championships … placed second in the 200-meter dash at the BW Mid-February Meet (27.66) ... earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 200-meter dash (seventh place / 26.17) and the 100-meter dash (12th place / 13.02).

2009-10 (Indoor): Took part in both the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Came in second place at the LHU Qualifier in the 200-meter dash (25.97) and third place in the 400-meter dash (59.86).

2008-09 (Indoor): Qualified for the 55-meter dash at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... finished in sixth place in the 200-meter dash at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational.

High School: Took part in soccer and track and field ... named to first-team All-SVL honors as a senior ... second-team All-SVL selection as a junior ... four-year varsity player ... earned two team MVP honors as well as the squad’s “Freshman of the Year” and “Outstanding Senior” awards ... played sweeper for the North Union United Soccer Club in central Pennsylvania.
