2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the NCAA Division II National meet in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:13.52 ... Earned All-PSAC honors in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:13.52 ... 36th in D-II for the 800-meter run ... had three top-six finishes in the 800-meter run this season ... placing second at the Slippery Rock Open (2:18.14), second at the Ashland University Alumni Invitational (2:14.47) ... lead the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish at the Ashland University Alumni Invitational (4:01.01).

2011-12 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as part of Slippery Rock’s second-place distance medley relay team (12:10.45) at the conference championships … also competed in the 800-meters (sixth place – 2:20.55) and as part of the SRU 4x400-meter relay team (12th place – 4:16.05) … led The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth place finish at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (4:15.01) and a sixth-place showing at the YSU Invitational (4:12.90) … claimed second place honors in the mile at the YSU Icebreaker after running a time of 5:21.07 … totaled four top-six finishes in the 800-meter run during the season, placing sixth at the Akron Invitational (2:18.17), sixth at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (2:18.42), sixth at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala (2:20.38) and fifth at the YSU Invitational (2:20.72).

2011 (XC): Was SRU's ffith finisher at the Alaska Anchorage dual meet, placing 14th (19:58.2) overall ... finished 18th (24:35.1) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... also placed 18th (23:39.50) at the Lock Haven Invitational ... came in 16th (23:57.8) at the SRU Invite ... was SRU's fifth finisher at the PSAC Championships, placing 50th with a time of 22:52.1 ... ended season with a 59th-place finish (24:28) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by finishing in third place in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Championships (2:14.61) … started outdoor season with sixth-place finish in the 1,500-meter run (4:45.08) at the Raleigh Relays … won the 1,500 at the SRU Tri Meet (4:48.64) … placed second in the 800 at the Ed Fry Invitational (2:16.09) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Earned two All-PSAC awards at the conference championships as part of SRU’s second place 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay teams … placed ninth in the 800-meter run at the Akron Invitational (2:16.02) … finished in third place in the mile (5:14.77) at the Wuske Invitational … came in fourth place (2:16.88) in the 800 at the GaREAT Open ... a USTFCCCA All-Region selection.

2010 (XC): Ran in four races … began season as The Rock’s second finisher at the Seagull Open, placing 14th overall … finished in 30th place (24:48.1) and was SRU’s fourth finisher at the SRU Invitational … came in 184th place (24:20) at the PSU Invitational … ended season by placing 93rd (25:52) at the PSAC Championships.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter run, placing seventh at 2:16.99 … won the 1,500-meter run at the Ellison Invite in a time of 4:51.80 … placed third in the 800 at the Ed Fry Invitational (2:21.91).

2009-10 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after second-place finishes as part of SRU's 4x800 meter and distance medley relay teams at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also qualified for the 800-meter run at the PSAC Championships ... finished in third place in the 400-meter dash at the SRU Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2009 (XC): Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team ... ran in all five races for The Rock ... placed 12th (25:17) at the IUP Invitational ... finished in 11th place (24:21.8) at the Slippery Rock Invitational ... concluded season by placing 53rd at the PSAC Championships and 55th at the NCAA Regional Championships.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Placed third in the 800-meters at the Sparky Adams Invitational (2:18.55) … came in fifth place in the 800 at the PSAC-West Challenge (2:19.57).

2008-09 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after a third-place finish as part of the SRU 4x800-meter relay team at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... also competed in the 800-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the 800-meter run at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational.
