2013 (Outdoor): Three first place finishes in the javelin throw during the outdoor season ... one of the first place finishes was at the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships which made her the individual champion in the javelin throw ... went on to compete at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, placed 3rd with a personal best of 46.68m ... earned All-America honors for the second time.

2012 (Outdoor): Three first place finishes in the javelin at the Ed Fry Invitational (38.83m), the Dave Labor Invitational (41.05m) and the Slippery Rock Open (40.99m)...won individual championship at the PSAC Outdoor Championship in the javelin throw (42.08m)... finished 14th at the NCAA Division II Championships (41.23m).

2011 (Outdoor): Earned All-America honors in the javelin by finishing in fifth place with a mark of 43.75 meters at the NCAA Division II Championships … won the PSAC title in the javelin at the PSAC Championships with a top throw of 40.85 meters … won the javelin at the SRU Last Chance Meet with a career-best throw of 44.83 meters … also picked up javelin wins at the Ashland Alumni Open (40.44 meters) and the Ed Fry Invitational (43.73 meters) … placed second in the javelin at the Bill Van Horne Invitational (37.11 meters) … recorded the sixth furthest javelin throw in all of Division II in 2011 ... recorded the sixth best javelin throw in the nation during the outdoor season ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the javelin as a freshman and placed eighth with a mark of 35.63 meters … season-long throw went for 36.49 meters at the SRU Last Chance Meet (sixth place) … also recorded top-10 finishes in the javelin at the Ellison Invite (eighth place / 33.44 meters), the Ashland Alumni Open (seventh place / 34.17 meters), the SRU Invitational (10th place / 34.80 meters) and the Western Pa. Championships (ninth place / 33.29 meters).

High School: A four-sport athlete that lettered four years in volleyball, three years in gymnastics, once in softball and once in track and field … named the Public Opinion’s 2009 Player of the Year in volleyball … was a part of seven district championship teams throughout prep career in volleyball (2006, 2007, 2009), gymnastics (2006, 2007, 2008) and track and field (2009).
