2010-11 (Indoor): Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team … won the PSAC title in the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 18.49 meters … also placed second and earned All-PSAC honors with a mark of 15.44 meters in the shot put at the PSAC Indoor Championships … named PSAC Field MVP for performance at the PSAC Championships ... 2009-10 (Outdoor): Won the PSAC title in the discus throw with a season-best mark of 51.49 meters … also placed fourth at the PSAC Championships in the hammer throw with a distance of 53.90 meters … won discus titles at the SRU Last Chance Meet (51.36 meters), the Ellison Invitational (51.43 meters), the Ed Fry Invitational (49.90 meters), the SRU Invitational (47.32 meters) and CCU Battle of the Beaches (49.21 meters) … placed second in the hammer throw at both the Ed Fry Invitational (47.57 meters) and the SRU Invitational (49.43 meters).
2009-10 (Indoor): Placed fifth in the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships with a toss of 17.24 meters ... won the weight throw at the Bucknell Bison Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
2008-09 (Indoor): Competed in the shot put and the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the shot put and weight throw events at the Baldwin-Wallace Invitational.
2007-08 (Outdoor): Competed at three competitions … recorded three individual top-10 performances at the UNLV Track and Field Classic, winning the discus (44.76 meters), placing third in the shot put (13.38 meters) and finishing sixth in the hammer throw (38.08 meters) … placed eighth in the discus (46.06 meters) at the SDSU Aztec Track and Field Classic.
2007-08 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.
2006-07 (Outdoor): Placed second in the discus and ninth in shot put at Clarion with a marks of 44.57 meters and 12.71 meters …
