2012 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors for the third time, placing third in the triple jump at the PSAC Championships (14.44m) ... recorded two first place (Ed Fry Invitational/13.79m and the Slippery Rock Open/13.95m) ... placed second at the Coastal Carolina University Invitational with a triple jump of 13.79 meters.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Was The Rock’s top triple jump athlete during the outdoor season … earned All-PSAC honors by placing second in the triple jump at the PSAC Championships with a season-best mark of 14.45 meters … tallied five top-five performances in the triple jump including wins at both the SRU Last Chance Meet (14.31 meters) and the SRU Invitational (14.40 meters) … jumped 6.31 meters at the SRU Invitational to win the long jump ... recorded the fourth furthest triple jump in the PSAC during the outdoor season.

2010-11 (Indoor): Earned All-PSAC honors by finishing in second place in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships after an SRU record jump of 14.64 meters ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team … placed third in the triple jump at the GaREAT Open with a mark of 13.91 meters … finished in third place in the triple jump (13.97 meters) and 10th in the long jump (6.33 meters) at the Jim Wuske Invitational … recorded a second-place finish in the long jump at the BW Mid-February Meet after a jump of 6.22 meters … posted a mark of 13.84 meters in the triple jump and finished in second place at the KSU Tune-Up.

2009-10 (Indoor): Finished 10th in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... produced wins in the triple jump competition at the Golden Flash Gala, the Bucknell Bison Open and the Jim Wuske Invitational.

2008-09 (Indoor): Competed in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships.

2007-08 (Indoor): Competed in the triple jump at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... won the triple jump at the State Farm Games ... placed second in the triple jump at the Bison Open and PSAC-West Challenge.
