2011-12 (Indoor): Broke the Slippery Rock indoor weight throw record with a toss of 15.41 meters (10th place) at the Kent State Tune-Up … earned All-PSAC honors in the shot put by placing third with throw of 13.14 meters … also competed in the weight throw at the PSAC Championships, placing sixth with a mark of 14.72 meters … won the weight throw at the B-W Mid-February Meet with a mark of 15.00 meters … also placed third at the B-W Meet in the shot put (12.11 meters) … began season with sixth place (10.79 meters) and seventh place (13.31 meters) finishes at the YSU Icebreaker ... concluded season ranked third in the PSAC in both the weight throw (15.41 meters) and the shot put (13.14 meters).

2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put (13th / 10.60 meters) and the hammer throw … placed fourth in the both shot put (11.57 meters) and the hammer throw (39.49 meters) at the SRU Last Chance Meet … finished in third place in the shot put at the Ed Fry Invitational (11.41 meters) … came in second place in the shot put a the SRU Invitational (11.51 meters).

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw (12th place / 13.16 meters), shot put (ninth place / 11.85 meters) and triple jump (11th place / 10.66 meters) … placed fourth in both the shot put (12.07 meters) and the triple jump (9.96 meters) at the BW Mid-February Meet.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and finished in 16th place at 10.73 meters … finished in fourth place in the triple jump (10.59 meters), shot put (11.68 meters) and the hammer throw (36.20 meters) at the SRU Invitational.

2009-10 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Indoor Championships in the weight throw and triple jump ... placed second in the shot put at the SRU Open.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Placed third in the shot put at the LHU Qualifier (11.41 meters) … finished seventh in the triple jump at the Red Flash Open (10.62 meters) … came in second place in the shot put at the PSAC-West Challenge (11.51 meters).

2008-09 (Indoor): Qualified for PSAC Championships in shot put ... placed fourth in the shot put at the SRU Open.

High School: Earned three letters in track and field ... also played rugby for four seasons ... qualified for district championships in shot put ... helped team to three district titles ... played on EPRU Championship rugby team for four seasons ... played in Rugby national championships in Wisconsin and Maine ... earned scholarship for English as a second language.
