2010-11 (Indoor): Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team … earned three All-PSAC honors at the conference championships … placed second with a time of 9:49.35 in the 3,000-meter run at the PSAC’s … ran the opening leg for SRU’s second place 4x800-meter relay team at the conference championships and was the anchor for SRU’s second place distance medley relay team … placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the Akron Invitational (17:17.96) … won the 3,000-meter run at the GaREAT Open (10:08.62).
2010 (XC): Earned All-America honors by finishing in 15th place (21:45.9) at the NCAA Division II Championships … Earned all-region honors and led SRU to a third place finish at the Atlantic Regional (third place / 21:44.7) … was SRU’s top runner at the PSAC Championships, placing fourth overall at a time of 22:26 … only ran in three races due to injuries … Capital One Academic All-District first team honoree … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … named to the PSAC Fall Top-10.
