2022 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets, primarily in the 800-meters … Recorded a season-best time of 2:27.56 at the Mountaineer Twilight as part of an 11th-place finish … Took fifth at the LHU Qualifier after clocking a time of 2:30.59 … Also ran the mile at one meet, placing 24th at the Shamrock Invitational in 5:43.93 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed in the mile at four meets in the 800-meters two times … Opened season by running a season-best mile time of 5:46.13 to place 14th at the YSU Icebreaker … Personal-best 800-meter time of 2:30.80 came at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational … Closed season by taking third in the 800-meters at the Edinboro Invite with a time of 2:31.75.

2021 (XC): Competed in all six meets … Posted top time of the season at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships, finishing the race in 24:19.9 … Ran the PSAC Championships in 25:38.9 to come in 80th … Second-best time of the season of 25:07.2 came at the LHU Open … Also recorded top-50 finishes at the Bill Lennox Invitational (32nd / 25:50.6) and the Doug Watts Open (45th / 27:05.9).

2021 (Outdoor): Did not compete ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2020-21 (XC): Did not compete.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in five meets … Ran the 5,000-meters, 800-meters and mile throughout season … Opened year by finishing the 5,000-meters in a season-best time of 23:03.59 to place 22nd at the YSU Icebreaker … Top mile time was a 5:45.62 race at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Finished the 800-meters in a season-best time of 2:33.50 to place 12th at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 

2019 (XC): Competed in four races … Ran a career-best time at the Lock Haven University Invitational with a mark of 25:31.6 … Also competed in the Bill Lennox Invitational, Road Runners Invitational and the Doug Watts Invitational.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Set two new PR’s in the 800-meter dash at 2:38.09 and the 1,500-meter run at 5:36.09 … Recorded a top-ten finish at the SRU Last Chance Open in the 800-meter dash ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (Indoor): Placed 11th with a personal-best time of 2:45.73 in the 800-meters at the Edinboro Open.

2018 (XC): Competed in the 17th Annual LHU Invitational, but did not finish.

High School: Lettered four times in basketball, four times in soccer and twice in softball at Saint Joseph High School ... School did not offer track / cross country, but was a member of the AK Valley Track and Field Club ... An accomplished basketball athlete ... Earned all-county honors as both a junior and senior ... Selected to play in the Cager Classic All-Star Game and the Roundball Classic All-Star Game ... Graduated with high honors.
