2022 (Outdoor): Did not compete.
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed at one meet, placing 23rd in the 5,000-meters with a time of 22:11.03 at the YSU Icebreaker.

2021 (XC): Competed in five meets … Opened season by completing the Mary Uher Invitational (4.73k) in 22:08.9 to place 30th … Top 6k time of the season was 25:18.9 at the LHU Open … Also earned top-40 finishes at the Bill Lennox Invitational (25:39.7) and the Doug Watts Open (26:41.9) … Closed year by running the PSAC Championships in 25:43.5 to come in 84th place.

2021 (Outdoor): Took part in five meets, competing in the 1,500-meters and 5,000-meters … Season-best time in the 1,500-meters of 5:34.72 came at the Carnegie Mellon Invite (15th place) … Ran the 5,000-meters at the Bill Lennox Invitational in a season-best time of 20:17.18, to place seventh … Also turned in top-10 finishes in the 5,000-meters at the Penn State Behrend Invite (21:06.54 / fourth) and the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet (20:36.01 / eighth).  

2020-21 (XC): Competed in both meets during the abbreviated season … Started the year by completing the course at the Cal U Invite in 7:23.9 to finish in 37th place … Also represented The Rock at the PSAC Championships, placing 95th after running the 5,000-meter course in 7:00.2.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in five meets, taking part primarily in the 800-meters and 5,000-meters … Opened year with a 21st-place finish in the 5,000-meters at the YSU College Icebreaker (22:00.36) …Turned in a top-20 showing in the mile at the Al Hall Freedom Games by clocking a time of 5:57.09 to place 12th … Ran the 5,000-meters at a season-best time of 20:41.41 at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Closed year by running the 800-meters in a season-best time of 2:36.16 on the way to finishing in 16th place at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet.

2019 (XC): Competed in all six races … Ran a career-best time at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships, with a mark of 23:49.5 … Competed at the PSAC Championships finishing with a time of 25:17.2 … Finished 18th at the Bill Lennox Invitational with a time of 25:00.6.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and outdoor track and field at Oakland Catholic High School ... Cross country All-District Selection (WPIAL) in 2016, 2017 and 2018 ... Named ESMARK All-American in 2016 ... Member of the Section IV (AAA) cross country championship teams in 2015 and 2016 ... Part of WPIAL Championship teams in 2016 and 2017 ... Honor Roll student.
