2021 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets in the 100-meters, 400-meter hurdles and as a member of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, placing eighth in a time of 57.61 seconds … Posted season-best 400-meter hurdle time of 57.52 seconds in the prelims at the PSAC Championships … Ran the 100-meters at the SRU Invitational in a season-best time of 11.83 seconds to finish fourth in the event while also taking second place in both the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.67) and as part of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:35.31) … Opened year by finishing sixth in the 400-meter hurdles (59.49 seconds) at the IUP Invitational … Took fourth place in the 400-meter hurdles at the Bill Lennox Invitational with a time of 59.08 seconds … Earned a second-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles after crossing the finish line in 57.82 seconds at the Penn State Behrend Invite … In final preparation for PSAC Championships, placed second in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 57.93 seconds at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets … Recorded a new PR in the 400-hurdles at the Cal U Early Bird Open at 57.65 seconds … Had 12 top-ten finishes (seven of them being top-five) … Compiled two PSAC marks.

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets … Had three top five finishes between the 400H and the 4x400-meter relay … Posted a season-high 57.70 in the 400H at the Behrend Open … Helped The Rock place second at the Westminster Invite in the 4x400m with a time of 3:23.16 … Placed third in the 400H at the SRU Open with a time of 1:00.87.
