2019 (XC): Ran in six races … Competed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships, finishing as The Rock’s fourth runner and running a career-best in the 10k with a time of 33:56.0 … Competed in the PSAC Championships, running a career-best in the 8k and finishing as SRU’s third runner at 26:56.4 … Finished fifth overall and as Slippery Rock’s second runner helping lead SRU Men’s Cross Country to first place at the Bill Lennox Invitational at 27:18.0 … Finished 24th overall and as The Rock’s fifth runner at the Doug Watts Invitational at 28:27.6 … Finished as Slippery Rock’s fifth runner at the Road Runners Invitational with a time of 28:48.8 … Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors ... 2019 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets … Set three new PR’s coming in the 1,500-meter run (4:47.10), 5K (16:27.88), and the 10K (35:25.61) … Recorded four top-ten finishes with a top-five finish at the Dave Labor Invitational in the 10K at 36:22.63.

2018 (XC): Ran in all six meets as a freshman … Served as one of The Rock’s top five finishers in three races … Began collegiate career by running the Doug Watts Invitational in 28:01.1 to place 34th overall … Clocked a season-best time of 27:22.9 at the LHU Invitational, finishing 64th out of 222 runners … Ran the SRU Pre-Nationals in 28:42.2 … Tallied a time of 29:48.3 in first PSAC Championship meet for a 73rd-place showing … Closed season by finishing the 10k NCAA Atlantic Region Championship course in 40:40.4 (105th).
