2018 (Outdoor): Competed in 10 meets … Earned All-Region and All-PSAC honors … Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 110H … Managed 15 top five finishes between four events … Registered career-bests in the 110H (14.45) and the 400H (54.90) … Placed first in the 110H at the 2018 PSAC Championships (14.14), 2018 Gator Invite (14.51), the Behrend Open (14.79), the SRU Open (17.75) and the Westminster Invite (14.91) … Also recorded first place finishes in the 4x100-meter relay at the Behrend Open (41.89) and the SRU Open (42.91) along with a first place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the SRU Open (3:38.40).

2017-18 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets … Was an All-Region and All-PSAC honoree … Placed outside the top 10 in just four events all-season … Finished first in the 60H at the Al Hall Freedom Games, the YSU Invite and The Edinboro Invite with times of 8.31, 8.31 and 8.44, respectively … Helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish third in the PSAC Championships with a time of 3:20.39.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets ... Had 24 top-ten finishes (with nine first place finishes) ... Placed third in the 110H with a time of 14.68 at the PSAC Championships ... Helped SRU place first in the 4x1 with a time of 41.04 at the PSAC Championships.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets ... Had six top-ten finishes (with five being top-five) ... Placed first in the 60H with a time of 8.35 at the Edinboro Invitational ... Placed third in the 60m with a time of 6.92 at the PSAC Championships ... Placed second in the 60H with a time of 8.18 at the PSAC Championships.

High School: Played soccer and track & field ... Lettered three times in track & field and two times in soccer ... Was an All-League, All-District, and All-State track & field athlete in the PIAA conference.
